（1）制订招聘计划：公司针对各分所以及各部门的需求预算制订员工招聘计划，每年四大在全国拟招聘上千名应届毕业生，且由于四大近年来业务急剧增加，对人员的需求有日益扩大之势。
（2）校园招聘和宣讲：每年大约十月份开始，四大开始在全国各重点高校进行宣讲，拉开轰轰烈烈校园招聘的序幕
（3）网申&<Open Questions>：在网上填写个人信息，对应聘者进行初步筛选
（4）笔试：主要考察英文写作、逻辑分析、阅读能力
（5）一面< Manager Interview>：面试官一般由四大的经理来担任，内容包括小组讨论、团队游戏、经理Face to Face interview等等
（6）二面< Partner Interview>：面试官一般由四大的合伙人来担任
（7）OFFER：向通过筛选的人派发OFFER，时间一般会在十二月下旬左右
网申&Open Question
所谓“网申”，即Apply On Line（网络在线申请），不仅四大，目前很多大公司都采用这种方式来收集简历和初步筛选应聘者。网申根据对应聘者条件的要求，采用自己设计的统一格式，除了德勤外，其他各家均要求用英文进行个人信息的录入。网申主要考察的是英文水平（一般要求通过六级）、学校（目标院校）、学习成绩（由于各地各院校GPA计算有所区别，所以成绩各地的要求和标准不具备可比性和参考价值）、获奖情况、校园活动以及She'Hui实践经验等。对于专业方面，四大一般不做硬性要求，例如KPMG每年都会给予很大一部分理工科专业的同学参与笔试、面试以及获得OFFER的机会，其他三大给予这样的机会会稍少于KPMG，因此各家网申的通过率也会相应有所不同（KPMG网申的通过率为80%-85%左右），当然不可否认，在四大应聘过程中，具备财经专业背景的毕业生会具有一定的优势。
另外，网申还包括一些开放性的问题，即Open Question，是网申一个重要的环节，它可以衡量一个人性格、长久规划、做事情的态度等等，因为从你对待Open Question的态度就能看出一个人对待将来工作的态度，所以，希望申请四大的朋友们一定要认真对待和思考Open Question，在后面贴出各家的Open Question，供大家参考：

12个人一组，由2个HR或是经理主持面试，时间大约2个小时左右。分成两组，限制时间看完一份材料后讨论，材料内容比较多，以商务英语为主，一般的任务是根据材料的要求安排一个恰当的时间表。时间上的分配：1)20分钟阅读8页A4英文材料；2)30分钟中文无领导讨论；3）15分钟大家分工上去讲。最后Presentation，讨论可以用中文，Presentation必须用英文。主持人在整个小组讨论和陈述的过程中，不断记录每个小组成员的表现，并根据最后陈述的结果和完成讨论的情况进行评分，主持人在陈述结束后会向部分小组成员提问（如小组讨论中的不足或是优点），此环节结束后一般不再进行进一步的一对一面试，通过筛选的应聘者可以直接进入二面（Partner Interview）。

8人围一圆桌，45分钟group discussion,15分钟看材料，30分钟中文讨论，不需要指定一个leader或做presentation,每人有两支铅笔，两张白纸（其中一张用来做名牌）和一个计算器。四个manager坐在角落，一个盯两个。在讨论过程中，经理同样需要记录小组成员的表现。

讨论结束后就是一个大约20分钟左右的Face to Face interview，面试内容与其他三大大致相同，
