《Stan》是Eminem专辑《The Marshall Mathers LP》中的第三首单曲，由说唱歌手Eminem和英国歌手DIDO共同演绎。词曲由The 45 King 和 Eminem创作，副歌部分截取于Dido的歌曲《Thank you》。MTV由Eminem 和 DIDO共同出演。在2001年的格莱美颁奖礼上，Eminem与Elton John再次演绎这首曲子。它被收录在Eminem的专辑《Curtain Call: The Hits》中

整首歌是以STAN和EM之间的通信为歌词，EMINEM唱这首歌的目的是希望他的歌迷们不要像STAN那样，要好好的活着

　　在《滚石评选500有史最伟大的歌》里，stan 排在第290位。

　　同时，这首stan也体现了eminem对他的歌迷的热爱，也希望他的歌迷不要像stan那样如此的不顾一切。
